Working at Endress+Hauser always involves two sides: The technical side and the human side. This results in increased job satisfaction.
Duties
Industrial Managers work in many different commercial sectors in a company. They work in material procurement and storage, as well as in the planning and control of production. Their role also covers recruitment and personnel support. They deal with cost accounting, costing and financial accounting, and are responsible for the marketing and sales of products.
In their role, they operate IT and telecommunications systems and, in addition to comprehensive business administration knowledge, they require a good knowledge of English.

Prerequisites
Mittlere Reife (intermediate high school certificate)
Excellent German verbal skills
Self-confident
Independent and a good sense of responsibility
Excellent organizational skills
Good knowledge of English
Training that is recognized across Europe
Opportunity to take an internship abroad (mostly Switzerland or the UK).
Advanced further training

Business administration qualification (certified/VWA (administration and business academy)

Fachkaufmann (professional qualification from the IHK – Chamber of Industry and Commerce)
